CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility: Refund eligibility applies exclusively to the first Program the student purchases and
enrolls in (“Initial Program”) with TradeWorks Academy. Complimentary access to additional Programs
may be granted at the institution’s discretion after enrollment and completion of the Initial Program and
carries no tuition or fees. Complimentary access is not guaranteed, does not constitute a new
enrollment, does not modify, extend, or restart the enrollment period, and does not create eligibility for
refunds, credits, transfers, or financial adjustments under any circumstances. Complimentary access
does not alter the student’s academic record, credential eligibility, or financial obligations.
All refund determinations follow the institution’s published refund policy and apply solely to the Initial
Program. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any complimentary Program, optional
training, or any enrollment other than the Initial Program. This clause governs and supersedes all other
refund-related provisions.
Rejection: An application rejected by the institution is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.
Three-Day Cancellations Before LMS Access: Before LMS access to the Initial Program is activated, the
student may cancel for a full refund, minus a nonrefundable $100 administrative fee. Cancellation ends
enrollment. LMS access is revoked, and the student must reenroll and pay the enrollment fee again to
access any Program.
Program Change: Students may request to change Programs, subject to approval by TradeWorks
Academy. Changing Programs does not affect LMS access; however, once a Program change is approved,
all refund eligibility is permanently voided, including any refund eligibility for the Initial Program.
Program Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from TradeWorks Academy without changing Programs,
but has begun the Initial Program, any refund is calculated according to the published refund schedule.
Withdrawal from the Academy ends LMS access and all Program access.
Enrollment Structure: TradeWorks Academy offers nine Trade Programs. Tuition is a single, nonvariable
payment of $6,800, regardless of the Program a student selects. The Program a student selects at
enrollment with TradeWorks Academy is designated as the Initial Program and is the only Program used
to determine refund eligibility. Students may actively work on only one Program at a time and may not
engage in coursework for multiple Programs concurrently.
Upon enrollment in, payment and completion of the Initial Program, students may be granted
complimentary access to additional Programs during the same enrollment year at no additional cost.
Complimentary access is discretionary and not guaranteed.
These additional Programs carry no tuition or fees, do not constitute a new enrollment, do not modify,
extend, or restart the enrollment period, and do not create eligibility for refunds, credits, transfers, or
financial adjustments. Complimentary access does not alter the student’s academic record, credential
eligibility, or financial obligations.
